Have you tried ringing a lenders advice line or an insurers claims number? Many of our clients have in the past. One client did and gave up after 35 minutes. No e-mail address either, so she had to resort to post. Two weeks later she still had no response.

Your adviser will have collected plenty of e mail addresses and direct dials for the lenders and insurers they use, for you not to suffer the same fate.
